We built a tool to look for more Quote Spamming Algo's that might be run by one person, such as this one we documented here. The charts below shows a frequency based analysis of quote counts per second. The Quote spammer documented at the previous link shows up as a strong red spike at 200 starting September 26, 2012, and ending October 8, 2012.

Each line is colored by reporting exchange according to the legend below.
