Look for dots in a vertical line. This is when trades that executed earlier were blasted out all at once when the network outage ended. Also look for light blue diamonds, which are trades from EDGE-X. In many stocks, trade reports from EDGE-X were severely delayed, sometimes exceeding 5 minutes.
