On November 15, 2013, beginning at 15:45:09, the stock of Pfizer, Inc (symbol: PFE, market capitalization: $213 Billion) suddenly swooned 1.1% on thousands of trades in one second. It recovered most of the drop seconds later (and went on to set new highs before the close of the day).
