We downloaded the ITG reports, and constructed this graph, which shows her claim to be false:

The other paper that purports to back up Mary Jo White's claim ("Angel") references the same ITG data, and was published in 2010. Why doesn't CNBC, the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, etc. check some of Mary Jo White's other bold statements. Don't fight guys, there's plenty to go around.
